This 2 storey 2 bedroom(can be converted to 3) 2 bath modernist retreat is designed by noted international architect David Ling and furnished with midcentury vintage furniture by Kjaerholm, Wegner and Wormley and Stark. Flooded with light, sea breezes and sounds of the ocean waves, you can experience nature from within the wraparound glass living areas or on the terrace, replete with hammock and outdoor dining.
My home is located at the edge of a nature preserve, overlooking dunes, the ocean AND the bay. The views are stunningly panoramic, the sounds of the ocean permeate the space. Walk to Cyrills, Clam Bar and the Lobster Roll or drive 5 minutes to the best restaurants and shops in the Hamptons. Montauk and Amagansett is a 5 minute drive away. Alternatively you can cook at home with local organic produce, fish and poultry. Swimming, tennis, golf, horseback riding, cycling, kayaking, SUPing, surfing, kiting, fishing, art instruction, children’s camp: the list is endless and it’s all within minutes of my home. Experience being surrounded by nature and design with the convenience and quality of the Hamptons.
The entire house interior is available for your use including second floor deck with outdoor dining, outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, outdoor grill, 2 refrigerators, high powered binoculars (star gazing, birding), wood burning fireplace, games, dvd's, beach toys.

The house is midway between Amagansett and Montauk on the "Napeague Stretch" the narrowest piece of land between the Ocean and Bay offering mesmerizing views and access to both. The home is at the edge of a nature preserve, overlooking dunes, the ocean, and bay. A 2 minute walk to the Ocean beach, 5 minutes to Lunch, Clam Bar and Napeague Harbor. Drive 5 minutes to the some of the best restaurants, shops and wellness facilities in the Hamptons. Hike or bike the Walking Dunes and Hither Hills.
Getting to Amagansett:
By car from NYC: 2 hours (no traffic)
By jitney/hamptons luxury liner from NYC:approximately 2hours 15min (no traffic)
By train: approximately 2hours 40min (express summer trains are also available which are faster)
From the airport (JFK) either rent a car or take a cab to the Jitney (Flushing stop) or airtrain to the Jamaica stop and transfer to the train (Montauk line).
Getting around Amagansett is best by car or bike. Bike rentals are available as are SUP boards, kayaks, kiting and windsurfing gear.
There is parking for 2-3 cars on the property.
