Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (keep in mind the bumpy,rocky,dirt road, car/ATV always recommended). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

A luxury villa located in a prominent spot with panoramic view of the harbour and the magnificent sunset of Ios. The villa is located at such a quiet area but also 10 minutes walk from the center of Ios. Guests enjoy peace and privacy and at the same time are so close to everything they need. The view from the infinity pool as well as from the interior of the villa, is with no doubt breathtaking.
