Επειδή είναι στην μέση ενός μεγάλου οικοπέδου, παρέχει στον επισκέπτη ιδιάζουσα γαλήνη και ηρεμία, μολονότι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε χώρους εστίασης και στο ιατρικό κέντρο. Είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενο και ασφαλές για ηλικιωμένους και για παιδιά, αφού παρέχει άνετη πρόσβαση χωρίς σκαλιά και ποικιλία δραστηριοτήτων. Όλα αυτά διαμορφώνουν μια μοναδική εμπειρία διακοπών.
