A luxurious and fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the amazing neighborhood of Koukaki next to Acropolis. Whole apartment. I am always available for my guests! In the shadow of the Acropolis, Koukaki is defined by its unevenly paved sidewalks lined with bitter orange trees. By night, the warmly lit Filopappou monument and the colorful lights of nearby bars will leave you feeling positively charmed. Transportation From the airport: By metro take direct line 3 (every 30 minutes) - stop Syntagma and change to line 2 for 2 stops (Syngrou Fix) .The fair ticket is 9 Euro per person. Arriving at Syngrou Fix then a 10 minutes’ walk from there either a taxi can be taken with the cost of 3,50 € By taxi the cost is about 40 euros and a taxi can be taken from the taxi rank outside the arrivals hall. An extra amount is charged for the luggages. Koukaki is served by two Athens Metro stations, Akropoli (near the Acropolis) and Syngrou Fix (on Andrea Syngrou Avenue). The nearest overground station is Petralona. Koukaki is served by both lines (Syntagma-SEF and Syntagma-Kolimvitirio) of the Athens Tram (L. Vouliagmenis and Fix stops). Koukaki is served by a large number of ETHEL bus routes along Andrea Syngrou Avenue, including 024, 040, 106, 110, 126, 134, 135, 136, 137, 230, A2, B2, E2, and E22. In terms of trolley bus, Routes 1, 5, and 15 of ILPAP have stops along Veikou and Dimitrakopoulou streets.

The marble along with oak wood and golden details create a simple and delightful atmosphere. The antique table with the one of a kind chairs next to the window create the perfect spot to admire the unforgetable view of the city and Lycabetous hill. The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. The small path at the right of the house will guide you to the back yard where you can relax at the deck chairs under the old Arbutus tree. Kind of the same but in reality so different view of the city and the Hill. All the spaces of the house indoors and outdoors expanding in two levels, are accessible to the guests. The 80 sq.m. (861 sq.ft.) apartment was renovated in June 2017. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a larger than average sized bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave oven, toaster). The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people and families are welcome. Because of the renovation our guests, will be able to enjoy the sense of the old Athenian apartment (large windows, hardwood floors) with the modern day amenities! Apart from the apartment our guests are welcome to use our rooftop where one can relax or enjoy one of the day's meals. As more apartments are available in the same building for rent, families or friends traveling together can staytogether! As this is a family-owned building one of us will be readily available should any advice be needed or any problems arise. We are very discrete and willing to help our guests with any questions they might have regarding the apartment or their Athens stay in general. The apartment is located right behind the National Gallery and very close to the Byzantine Museum, one of Athens' most beautiful cultural spots. There are numerous small bars and restaurants in the the area, while Kolonaki is a 10 minute walk away. The metro is the best way to get around in Athens but there are also numerous bus stops very close to the apartment. If you are visiting by car, we have limited free parking for our guests!
