Imaihama beach is approx 5 minutes by car. New kitchen, wide deck, and mezzanine loft. Loft area has no railing so not suitable for children under 10 years old.Large bath with separate toilet. 蓮台寺駅から徒歩８分、伊豆急下田駅からバスで８分。温泉、地元野菜の直売所も近い静かな住宅街の中にある一軒家。山に囲まれた集落のなかで落ち着いたステイが出来ます。下田の市内へ車で５分、バスで８分。人気の海水浴場までは車でおよそ１０分。温泉は蓮台寺で人気の千人風呂まで徒歩10分の距離です。空き家をリノベーションした広々した平屋の一軒家でご家族やご友人とのんびりステイすることができます。ベッドルーム1部屋、広めのリビング、キッチンには大きな冷蔵庫、調理器具、調味料なども用意しているので自炊に便利です。自転車2台無料貸出可(ただしひとつはロードバイク、ひとつはクロスバイクなので慣れている方のみご利用ください) 忙しく観光するよりも観光地から少し離れてゆっくりと過ごしたい方に向いている物件です。バス停までも徒歩２分なので公共交通機関もご利用になれますが、都会に比べバスの本数は少なかったりします。いっその事時間を気にせず“何もしない贅沢を楽しむ”ことをオススメします。下田の自然、海は美しいです。日々の忙しさを忘れてゆったりとお過ごしください。
