Baywater has stunning uninterrupted views over the calm waters of Nepean Bay. Being directly across the road from the beach, gives the perfect opportunity for a quick swim or stroll along the beach. The colourful sails from the yacht club dot the turquoise water during the summer months and makes a relaxing afternoon watching the yachts sail by while sitting back on the spacious outdoor deck. Baywater is a lovely three bedroom home with a large secure backyard, free WIFI and air-conditioning.

The cottage is quaint from the outside but upon entering you will find enough space for the family to spread out. Relax with the whole family at this super cute holiday home, located just a short walk to a beautiful sheltered white sandy beach on the Eastern cove. The water is shallow with small waves for young children to enjoy and also ideal for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, sailboarding and fishing. Includes complimentary WIFI for those wishing to work while away.
