Spacious, bright, airy,private house with stunning city and harbour view. Enjoying plenty of sunshine during the day and feel the breeze on the balcony in the evening. The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people to stay. 3 bathrooms, laundry, kitchenware, 3x heat pumps and heaters for each bedrooms, TVs, Wi-Fi. Free parking in front of the house 5-minutes drive to Countdown, PAK’nSAVE, local restaurants, cafe, and close to Peninsula. 5kms from the city center, along with the beautiful scenery.

Modern family-friendly renovated villa. Single room for your weekend break, or two double bedrooms - Ideal for couples. Children are welcome and can be potentially accommodated in a bunk room - albeit with advance notice to your host. On-street parking available. Warm home complete with heat pump and wood burner. Tucked inside the town belt only 1.5km distance south of the Octagon - close to the heart of the city, a 10 min drive from the city beaches and further afield, Otago Peninsula.

Our lovely house is conveniently located just a 7 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 3 minutes’ to Mornington shopping centre, cafe, gas station etc. Bus stop just stands 2 minutes walk which can take you right to Mornington shopping centre or City centres. Plus 2 minutes walk to childcare or local playground, 3 minutes walk to Kaikorai Valley College . "Close enough to what we needed but far enough away to be lovely and quiet" (quoted from one of our lovely guests).

Our villa is located 500m from St Clair esplande. Beautiful white sand beaches, world famous surf with an array of restaurants and bars along the esplanade are within 5 minutes walk. The iconic heated salt-water pools and local shops are just around the corner. Use this as a base to explore the scenery and wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals and the yellow-eyed penguin.
