There is a woodstove that needs to be stoked during your stay! The bedroom is up the stairs and features a comfortable queen sized bed with cozy linens and blankets. The toilet is an outhouse and there is a sauna to shower! Experience the lifestyle of the West Side with all the amenities you need!

Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

Welcome to West Dawson where you can relax and enjoy nature after a busy day of exploring Dawson City. Located just up the hill on the other side of the Yukon river, you will get to enjoy a ride across river with the trusty George Black Ferry (running 24/7 free of charge). From the ferry landing it is just a two minute drive to reach the loft, or if you prefer, it can also be a nice walk.

Located in residential downtown Dawson, this quiet space is just a couple of blocks from all main attractions, restaurants, pubs and shopping. On the ground floor is a bathroom with standing shower and a full kitchen and up the ladder is the living space and bedroom featuring a queen bed with cozy linens.
