Luxury Villa in Side with private pool and 4 bedrooms just 350m from the beach. You cant get a villa with a much better location than this, just 7 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments. The villa comprises of ground floor : large open plan lounge/kitchen ,with washing machine,dishwasher ,fridge/freezer,oven and hob -TV and Dvd . The lounge opens via two patio doors onto the spacious terrace with views over the private pool. Twin bedroom and ground floor shower room On the upper floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom -two further bedrooms (one twin and one double and family bathroom.All bedrooms have balconies. Just 20 minutes walk to Side Old town --frequent Dolmus service from the main road approx 3 minute walk from the development.

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einer kleinen Familiären Anlage in Side/Evrenseki mit Pool/Kinderpool und einem kleinen Spielplatz. 2 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt,Bars/ Restaurants und zur Shoppingmeile. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar(ca.10 min) Die Anlage ist überwacht und hat einen privaten Parkplatz. Am öffentlichen Strand sind Duschen und Umkleidekabinen kostenlos und Sonnenliegen gegen eine geringe Gebühr erhältlich.(ca. 2 Euro )Eine Strandbar(Kum Cafe) ist auch anliegend mit humanen Preisen.

Everything you are looking for for a peaceful holiday is here. There is no need to climb stairs or walk around to reach the pool. The pool is right in front of you. While your children are playing, you can follow them from your home. Each room has an air conditioning unit. The house is 1.2km from the beach, 700m from the bazaar, 2.4km from the Ancient City. You can go by walk or public transport. The property has 3 individual houses. You wil have one. Not: Pool opening date is 1st of June.
