A double storey, luxuriously decorated private villa, located in a 4-acre estate. It is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. Surrounded by trees, it is entirely secluded from the surrounding properties (which are very few). Furthermore, the house is big enough that you can enjoy quiet moments even in a big group. Pet friendly! Guests under 6 years old do not pay (so do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Also suitable for event hosting (e.g. wedding receptions).

Kick back and relax in this calm space. Find inner peace listening to the waves and get lost in the endless view. Canoe is a beautiful studio in the village of agioi apostoloi at evia Island in front of limniona beach. It's a 2 hours drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport Athens. Canoe can organize your transportation. Just ask us. For the village: Agioi apostoloi is a fishing village surrounded by beautiful beaches. The village has laid back vibes for plenty of peaceful moments .

Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.

One double bedroom with sea views from the bed. Please note I don't rent this out separetly if the whole villa has been booked. If you're coming for a wedding, this building will already have been booked. There might be another option: the cottage. Please ask! An extra mattress can be provided for a child. En-suite toilet and shower. This room is part of the building in which there is a large living room and dining room.

The villa is a set of two buildings, the main house and a separate guest house. Located in a very quiet area in the northern part of Attica, people her can enjoy their vacations or short stay near Athens and enjoy their privacy. A 20 minute walk takes you to the shores of Marathon lake, 40' drive from the Athens airport and only 35klms away from the center of Athens.
