Cook family-sized meals in a spacious kitchen with dark counters and rich wood cabinetry. Spend mornings reading with coffee from a peaceful rocking chair on a roofed patio. Splash around in the pool at this resplendent home wrapped in lush greenery.

Boasts a large air conditioned guest kitchen (in addition to the service kitchen) with a breakfast nook for 8-10 people. This is adjacent to the dining room - that seats 16 in one table or seats 24 in three tables. The living room & dining room are both air conditioned as well, but most prefer sitting on the terrace enjoying an ocean breeze, under the ceiling fans.
You will have access to;
On the second floor all five bedrooms each with a closet and ensuite on the second floor, a balcony joining two rooms, and the kids games sitting & TV area.
On the first floor the main kitchen, dining room, living room, TV study, and the exterior porches, pool deck, lanai. The laundry area as well.
The service quarters & service kitchen are not for guest access.
There is an office with separate street access in a outer building that will be occupied for arrival & departure nights or if repairs are required.

The house is set within a lush, resort complex within walking distance of 2 of Casa de Campo's 3 resort golf courses, the tennis center, La Romana Country Club, the equestrian center & polo fields, & the exclusive marina yacht-club. A re-created 16th century stone village, 'Altos de Chavon', with its Greco - Roman style amphitheater, is 5 miles away, yet all inside the resort. 'Minitas' Beach is a 10-minute walk away.

This home is centrally located within Casa de Campo, between the Marina, and the starter for the Links & Teeth of the Dog ~3 km each direction. The Dude Ranch and the Polo fields are about 4 km away. The Dye Fore starter is about 5 km from the house as is Altos de Chavon and the amphitheater. Garage and driveway parking can be supplemented with street parking that is usually available in front of the house.
