Spacious double bedroom & ensuite located 5 mins to Abbeyleix/Durrow; 10 mins to Ballyragget/Castlecomer; 15 min to Portlaoise and 25 min to Kilkenny/Carlow. The house is spacious with the use of two living room areas (T.V. area & meditative space). Washing, Drying, and Cooking facilities available. The house is owner occupied with 2 Cavapoo dogs. Great standard of cleanliness maintained at all times with a clean as you go approach. Overall, it is a great location to escape, relax or rest.
