Lurth Mirdite 度假屋

My house in Lurth is at an altitude of 800 m above sea lvl.Its 9 km from Rreshen city and takes 40 min from there. Its not possible to arrive with every kind of car. We suggest 4x4 wheels drive because half of the road is cabblestone. In case of not having one I can help finding transport. Ulza lake is 1 h 30 min from house. Everyone is welcomed although i recommend this house for venturesome people and those who want to experience day lifes of locals. Thanks for understanding! Klajvin

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

It is perfect for travelling families or groups.

We have bought this unique place out of our love for Albania’s country- and seaside and our wish to provide opportunities for talented young Albanian people. The money we earn by renting out our villa, is put in our private fund that sponsors a number of students each year.
