Located a block from the ocean, having a private space to make your vacation as comfortable as possible are wonderful. The year round adventures that await in San Luis Obispo are what creates your stay. From the ocean, amazing restaurants, wineries, and endless places to explore families and adults alike will enjoy. We look forward to hosting everyone. Come enjoy the Central Coast. The property is proud to offer keyless entry to allow for a leisure check in and out. The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

The beach, Oceano Dunes, Oceano Visitor’s Center, Elk’s Lodge, Oceano Park, a few restaurants & Oceano Lagoon are all walking distance(within half a mile or less). Our condo is the perfect stay for a couple looking to get away & enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. It can comfortably fit up to four people with the queen size pull out sofa. The condo has cable, internet and a great covered patio.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

The back house is a 2bd 1ba "studio-like" space connected to the main home by a beautiful deck with an outdoor shower. This is the perfect property to house multiple families! Large fenced lot with parking for up to 5 vehicles. Centrally located and just a few blocks from the pier!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
