Revel in the stylish charm of a streamlined kitchen with crisp concrete floors and minimalist flourishes. Dine at a handmade table. Cozy up with a book on a sofa in the bright living room amid abstract artworks, stark furnishings, and trendy decor. Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

I proprietari hanno arricchito con ottimi servizi questo ambiente per regalare il massimo confort a chi viene per lavoro (il wifi nonostante sia un palazzo storico è perfetto) e la massima praticità ed eleganza a chi viaggia in famiglia (parquet, tende anti rumore e privacy). Form via dei conti is very easy to walk in any of the major attractions of the city like Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. But also Fortezza and other destinations are easy to reach even with bags. Fast trains are 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip in Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Taxi service and buses/tram is also available just round the corner

Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

The guests have access to the whole apartment, including one big master bedroom, two large bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen area and an open terrace. The neighborhood and the area where is located the property is very livable and at the same time safe. It is also very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella of Florence and that's why it is common that our guests approach the apartment using the train service.
