Take little adventurers on a pony ride in the Tuscan Hills

*** THIS EXPERIENCE IS AVAILABLE FOR KIDS FROM 2 TO 7 YEARS OLD ONLY*** Adults can accompany their children. Price per adults is only 5 euros to cover the snacks, but only kids from2 to 7 will ride the pony. Welcome to our stables at Maneggio San Felice, nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills, where your little ones will meet our Shetland ponies, learn how to care for them, and enjoy playful rides—all in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. • We’ll learn the art of grooming as we brush the ponies together. I’ll share fun insights about their behavior, teaching kids how to “read” a pony’s mood through ear movements. • After preparing the ponies with me, children will practice leading them and giving simple voice commands. Then, they’ll experience the joy of riding, even learning how to stop their pony using just their voice! • We’ll wrap up with a relaxing break featuring homemade tea, cookies, and my signature schiacciata al rosmarino, all while surrounded by our ponies and the beauty of the countryside. Curious little adventurers can also visit our chicken coop and hear stories about the nocturnal wildlife of our land. Whether your child is meeting a pony for the first time or already loves horses, this 1.5-hour experience is an opportunity to connect with animals, nature, and the rhythm of life at the stables.

Regenerative farm tour and fermentation workshop

Learn about fermentation and sustainable agriculture at Fattoria Bucolica, an urban farm where my family produces olive oil, wheat, eggs, aromatic herbs, jams, pickled vegetables, and creative drinks. During this hands-on workshop, I’ll show you how to make some of our seasonal ferments—and we’ll taste our creations, of course. • We’ll start with a farm tour, where I’ll show you how my brother and I approach regenerative and organic agriculture. • Next, we’ll gather in the farmhouse for a demonstration of seasonal ferments featuring Tuscan flavours. • We’ll taste three traditional appetizers, reinvented through fermentation, alongside three fermented drinks such as wine and kombucha. You’ll gain new fermentation skills and an appreciation of how young Tuscan farmers are adopting creative new approaches to agriculture. Hike sacred trails in the Casentino forests

Join me for an all-level exploration through the heart of Dante’s exile forests, where the poet found refuge and inspiration in the rugged beauty of the Casentino. More than a guided hike, this five-hour journey weaves together history, spirituality, and the natural beauty of Foreste Casentinesi. • Meet at the parking lot at Santuario della Verna, where Saint Francis of Assisi received the stigmata. I’ll share the history of the area and an overview of the hike. • Hike the lower path-ring beneath the sanctuary, visiting the tomb of Davide, the “Pedata del diavolo” and its legend, and the monks’ cave once used as an icebox. • Pause for lunch at the monks’ refettorio, then hike the upper path-ring to see Italy’s tallest native silver fir, the “Sasso” of Frate Lupo, and enjoy panoramic views from Monte Penna. The experience concludes with a group photo outside the sanctuary. You’ll leave with a fresh perspective on the natural world, and indelible memories from your hike. Please note that the price of lunch is not included.

We will pick you up from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch. Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour back to our Ranch. After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and then we will drive you to the Villa (by van - only 3 min drive) where you will continue with the second part of the experience. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

Fattoria biologica di vini, olio e formaggi in Chianti

You will immerse yourself in our little world not only made up of work but of history, nature, passion and many beautiful farm animals. We will walk through the fields in the company of our dogs and we will explain how we were born and how we got to this day, our philosophy and the reasons for our choices. We will observe the vineyard and its phases, the olive grove where the sheep graze in the beautiful meadow below and we will personally go to get to know them one by one. We will show you our cow Vilma running freely in the fields and the happy hens producing red yolk eggs. We will show you the cellar where we produce the wine and where we store the exquisite extra virgin olive oil. Then we will all sit together to taste the wines, oil and cheeses that we produce naturally with so much passion.

Faranno la conoscenza dei nostri cavalli e avranno modo di sentirsi come a casa . Il tour a cavallo (PER 14 ANNI COMPIUTI) durera' 2 ore, godranno della bellezza di questi paesaggi, rilassarsi nella completa tranquillità della natura, ascoltare il cinguettio degli uccelli, il suono dei colombi. We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic hilltop luxury farm in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. For a day you will get away from the crowds, heat, noise and queues. Enjoy a day of nature, incredible views, friendly people, great food and wine! Our experience starts in Florence Santa Maria Novella Central Station where you will meet and we will help you buy the train tickets to San Miniato. The train ride t will take 40 minutes. If you are staying outside of Florence you can reach us by car as well. Please let us know after booking Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church.
