In THE BEST LOCATION IN OLD TOWN, between sand beach (150m) and the yacht marina (100m), step out the door of this peaceful retreat and reach all the action in just seconds. This sunny, design-savvy newly renovated traditional styled townhouse with a roof terrace is nestled on a quiet street in the historic village. A boat-themed decor evokes the beach and marina nearby. The house offers a 1,130 sqft 3 bedroom apartment composed of one first independent floor (with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an individual WC) making it ideal for children and a nice wooden loft (on 3 levels) starting at the 2nd floor with the kitchen opening to the lounge/living room and a third bedroom (with a private shower room and WC), each room lying on its own level. All the apartment is decorated and furnished with care in a boat atmosphere where you can feel like sailors at every levels of the house. This bright and sunny apartment (because of several roof windows) is nevertheless cold even in summer because of the air conditioning situated in the open loft area and at the sleeping floor (1st). The kitchen is fully equipped with modern and recent domestic appliances as well as a microwave, electric oven/grill, hotplates (induction), large fan, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, Nespresso coffe machine, with all the cutlery, ustensils, glassware and tableware you’re likely to need (including a teapot!). A table for 6 people and a table/bar for 4 people in the open space can accept until 10 people for breakfast/lunch/dinner. We provide fresh bed linen and towels (including bath towels for beach) for each person in the apartment, air conditioning, 2 LCD TVs (with CBS, CNN, NBC, Fox news) and a high-speed Internet WI-FI connection for free. With 3 bedrooms (with 2 double beds and 2 single beds) and 2 shower/bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 6 people making ideal for 3 couples or families with children. Another bunk double bed on a mezzanine can also be used to sleep 2 more people (children because the roof is low) so the house can cater 8 people at a maximum. This house is our main residence so it is really comfortable, very welcoming, equipped with all the amenities & a sense of 'being at home' you can never expect from a hotel room or a holiday apartment. Be assured you will enjoy a comfortable stay in a really charming but atypical amazing townhouse in the old town. . Feel at home while enjoying your holidays. A 24h/day private access to a secure outdoor parking situated at just 200m from the house, for only one vehicle, is offered in the rental price (free of charge). Please note that all the old town area (where the house is located in) is pedestrian and all vehicles are forbidden so you need to find and daily pay a public parking space that is really rare (especially in peak season) and far from the old town. With our parking solution for free you do not have any problems to park and use you vehicle at anytime. We live nearby and are available at all time to help and give you some information or answer your questions. We both speak french, english and italian and you can easily contact us (by email or phone) at anytime. The home has everything on its doorstep, including La Gravette sandy beach, the famous yacht harbor, pubs, restaurants, shops, museums, cinema, the train station, and more. Drive 10 minutes to Marineland theme park and 15 minutes to Nice airport. No car is needed as everything is on doorstep ! The house is located near many bus stops and SNCF train station (with a T.G.V. stop) at 10mn walk, to all cities around. The home has everything on its doorstep, including La Gravette sandy beach, the famous yacht harbor, pubs, restaurants, shops, museums, cinema, the train station, and more. Drive 10 minutes to Marineland theme park and 15 minutes to Nice airport. No car is needed as everything is on doorstep !
