Summer is ending, but the Fall can be a great time at the lake. This is a small, cozy cottage, with a huge view. Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake. The cottage has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full/twin bunkbed), and a full bath. The maximum number of guests is 5. This is a true tiny house, but when you are at the lake you are there to enjoy the outdoors.

This is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family. The cottage has beautiful lake views from every room. There is a large deck and huge yard for gathering with friends and family for outdoor games or a barbecue. Enjoy the kayaks, paddle board, take a swim and soak up the sun. Fish from the dock or bring your own boat! There is shuffleboard and other yard games. Check out the nearby fun places to visit. There is something for everyone. Also, newly added air conditioner upstairs.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this Manitou Beach Village home. Located right in the heart of the village across the street from dining, tavern, shopping, cafe. Public swimming area two minute walk. Public boat launch to all sports Devil’s Lake within half mile. Queen beds in each bedroom and a full and a queen in the loft. Couch with fold out Queen air mattress. Dishwasher, disposal, gas range, microwave, toaster, full size fridge and granite counters. 1.5 baths large shower.

Our cozy home offers a great location on Clear Lake with only a short walk to the sandy Public Beach, as well as the Public Access where you can put in your water toys! The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.

Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many local restaurants or stay in. Round Lake offers a gorgeous 4 mile circular route for an early morning walk, or bike ride. The property does offer access to the lake a few doors down. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.

The Winter Cottage at The Mill District

Decorated for Winter! Close drive to the toboggan run at Pokagon. Relax and unwind at our peaceful cottage at The Mill District. You will love the views out of the floor to ceiling windows. Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property. Feel free to explore the grounds and bring your photographer (No sitting fee for guests). Peaceful location located next to clear lake.

There is an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The bedroom with the 2 twins is upstairs. The home has been completely updated with a lakeside charm that's hard to beat!
