LaLlarga 西班牙海鲜饭

Nos encontraremos en el mercado de Ruzafa (en la puerta exterior de la parte marrón) a dos minuto de LaLlarga. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia. Una vez lista la comeremos juntos y nos conoceremos aun mas!

El paseo a caballo tendrá una hora de duración. Puede ser para personas de cualquier edad y nivel, por lo que no requiere experiencia. Antes de salir al campo, explicaré lo básico para manejar el caballo y durante el trayecto voy con vosotros y sigo dando indicaciones. La ruta tiene unas vistas maravillosas por el paraje natural de Montevive (la mina más importante de Europa de Estroncio), en Las Gabias. Además, os haremos fotos las cuales os enviaremos para que tengáis un bonito recuerdo! Otros aspectos destacables Tienen que consultar previamente la disponibilidad. We will go from 5 to 6 bars to ensure that you have tried everything Bilbao has to offer. We will walk around the city from bar to bar, discovering the basque cuisine, local pintxos and the most popular drinks as well. Even if you see 0 guest coming there might be people joining us from other platforms, don't be shy to ask about the tour or about different schedules. You will get to know the history of Basque language and the Basque people, differences between Spain and Basque Country and the past and present of Bilbao. I am very passionate about History and basque traditions, don't be afraid of making too many questions. I will adapt the route depending on if you are more eager to walk and see places or want to try more local foods. The bars and places we will see on this route are not the main touristy ones, I will bring you to special places for a different reason each. If you are a private group, a company or a team, this is definitely the experience for you, send me a message and I will arrange something that suits you. I had been a host for up to 30 people in the past for some team-building activities. Other things to note You will have eaten enough food at the end of the experience, so you don't need to think about dinner. Spend a fun paella day as we valencians do. We will pick you up at the city centre and go to the country house near the Albufera Natural Park. Once we get there,what better than having a snack while we explore the surroundings. Time to dress up as chefs and start with the class, admiring the wonderful views and cooking the authentic paella. Halfway through the process, while the paella is simmering, we will take a break to taste typical tapas. Time to add the rice and discover many valencian traditions and habits. Immersion dans les gorges du Chassezac

Les gorges du Chassezac et le bois de Païolive constituent un site remarquable du sud Ardèche. Le secteur offre de nombreuses curiosités naturelles : la beauté des paysages, leur géologie, la faune, la flore... Je vous propose, autour des gorges du Chassezac, une marche aux paysages variés et de toute beauté. Celle-ci pourra être couplée à de l'initiation à l'orientation si de jeunes marcheurs sont présents. L'heure de départ tient compte de la chaleur estivale et pourra être avancée au besoin par temps frais. Cette petite randonnée pédestre autour de 7 kilomètres fait au maximum 240 mètres de dénivelé positif et offre des vues époustouflantes sur les gorges du Chassezac. Elle est cependant parfois escarpée et vous permettra de vous familiariser avec notre région et ses reliefs ruiniformes, vertigineux ainsi qu'avec les différents balisages des chemins de randonnées que vous pourrez y rencontrer. Vous serez capable par la suite, de vous tester en autonomie sur d'autres circuits dans le bois de Païolive ou ailleurs. Vous pourrez terminer votre escapade en autonomie, sur une des belles plage du Chassezac, idéale pour se baigner et y admirer la nature et le coucher de soleil. Cette dernière est située en fin de parcours, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du point de départ. Je remonterai en temps et en heure au parking avec les randonneurs ne désirant pas poursuivre sur la plage :)
