IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Charming ex. heybarn

A restored ex. hey-barn has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.Access to the entrance is by a open "piazza" that also is the access to one of our other apartments. By a small staircase is the dedicated outdoorspace, table and chairs. The shared pool is open approx. end May to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest.Not included in the rent a local tourist-tax; 2 euro/day/person over 14 years, the tax has to be paid in cash.

L'appartamento, facente parte di un agriturismo è arredato in stile tipico , tutto interamente rinnovato , composto da camera matrimoniale, cucina , bagno e divano letto doppio nella cucina; situato nel centro della Toscana è un ottimo punto di partenza per poter visitare la regione; a 20 minuti da San Gimignano e 35 da Firenze. E' adatto ad una coppia o ad una famiglia con figli piccoli avendo come soluzione per la terza e la quarta persona un unico divano letto matrimoniale.

L'agriturismo è immerso nella campagna mugellana distante pochi chilometri da Firenze ed è molto vicino sia alla stazione che alla fermata dell'autobus. La casa è su due piani al piano terra è presente la cucina, il bagno e una camera matrimoniale, invece al primo piano c'è una seconda camera ,un bagno e un balcone che affaccia sulle colline fiorentine. Il posto è perfetto per chi vuole visitare firenze e dintorni senza vivere completamente il caos cittadino.

This cozy and romantic apartment is located on the ground floor of the old master farmstead. On the ground floor a living room with sofa-bed, a kitchen with dining table and a chimney. Climbing two steps you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with a glass shower stall and tiles in travertine and marble. Antique Tuscan furnitures, has walls partly faced in stone, chestnut wood beams and ceilings and floors made of Florentine terracotta.
