The Shady Pines Cottage is your ideal getaway for a quiet and relaxing vacation, in an ideal location! Enjoy watching a sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee or glass of wine relaxing on the large covered patio! Hot Springs where there is live horse racing, casino, and wonderful spa experiences is only 40 minutes away.

You may be coming for the rivers, lake, trails, or mines but you might just end up lounging in the spacious backyard. Almost 2 acres of the property is level and clear with lots a space for horseshoes, baggo, badminton or even a some tag football. Another acre slopes down to the bullfrog pond where you can practice your casting skills or just relax and listen to the birds and bullfrogs. Maybe you would prefer chillin' by the firepit or under one of the many shade trees.

Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.

We want you to make memories with family and friends. Enjoy the 2,000 square foot home that sleeps up to 12 with Wi-Fi and 4 smart tvs. During the day enjoy Lake Ouachita one mile from access or the creek which runs through the property. Sit around the fire pit at night telling stories and making smores. You can normally see deer on the grounds or in the area. We have games for kids of all ages to play in case it is raining and you choose to stay inside.

Has queen bed and a full sleeper sofa. Also a washer /dryer in the house. Premium toiletries.

Close to Lake Ouachita with room to park your boat

Come and stay in our newly renovate home. We are located only 6.3 miles from Mountain Harbor where you can launch your boat or rent a boat for the day. We are close to trails for hiking and biking. You could take a 30 minute drive and spend the day exploring Hot Springs National Park. Digging for crystals at one of the local mines is a fun adventure you might enjoy.
