One room serves as full-service kitchen, with central island with stools for dining. Aso has an area with sofa and end table which serves as a small living room and entrance foyer. There is a separate bedroom, and a separate full bath beyond it. Centrally-located with easy access to all that Ponce has to offer. Shared laundry. Romantic yard with soft lighting, plants and fruit trees. Parking on the street, safe, most neighbors also park there. Check-In prior to 5PM can sometimes be arranged.

Guests have a private entrance at side of the house to the private entrance of the appartment A private kitchen . Also has a parkingspace. There is only one step to go the room.Light in the celing,nighttablelamp.Juice,water-bottle in the frigde the day the guest enter the room.The guests have a patio.They can also sit in front of the house and in the back. In the yard they can do barbecue and also invite friends and me.
