Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 3 minutes walk to train station, cafe, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. Unlimited high speed WiFi. Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, TVNZ on demand (no broadcast TV).

In the main living area there is a double size pull out sofabed and comfortable seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a small TV with a chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly
