舒适的联排别墅，位置绝佳

This is a 3 story TownHouse, with 2.5 Rooms, Both Rooms have queen beds, the secondary room has an additional single bed an attic with 3 bunker beds for kids. You can easily have 8 persons sleeping in confertable beds. It has 2.5 bathrooms, one for each room and the half is for the guests in the social area. It is very nicely located in near Pampatar, where night life in the island is striving with great restaurants, bars and lounges but also pretty well located to visit the amazing beaches Margarita Island has to offer. The neighborhood is great to walk, having everything you will need just a few steps away, drug store, grocery stores, nice restaurants (Typical Venezuelan, Pizza, Chinese, Steakhouse). It very near located to 2 of the biggest Shopping Malls in the whole Caribbean. It is pretty close to get to the bus stops for public transportation, although I would recommend to rent a car (You will have a place to park it) or you can also use Cab rides, there will always be cabs going by or you can walk to the near Shopping mall where they have there place. It has a very nice pool where you have Wifi access, which is usually pretty quite, except on holiday or high seasons. It is a great place to relax and get away for sometime, so I hope you enjoy your stay. I will be very happy to help you get installed and recommend you what you can do on the island.

El apartamento está muy bien situado en la zona de Pampatar, probablemente la mejor y la zona más bella de Margarita, donde se encuentran los mayores centros comerciales de la isla, como el Sambil, Rattan Depot, otros El apartamento tiene un hermosa estilo y agradable nueva 72 mt2 apartamento de un dormitorio, con dos cuartos de baño con ducha, una cama king size y una cama de tamaño queen sofá-cama, aire acondicionado central, y totalmente amueblado. Posee tanque de agua interno.

Bahía Dorada es un lugar de ensueño para disfrutar del mar , tiene maravillosos Restaurant a metros , centros comerciales muy cerca, ademas puedes salir a la playa donde tienes todo para disfrutar, toldos, camas y sillas , cuenta en la piscina con un pequeño restaurante que te hace más fácil tu estadía Al llegar se tiene que cancelar por una sola vez el brazalete 30$ por persona para tener derecho a todo

Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a La ubicación es la Mejor de toda la isla permite disfrutar en el día de las Playas y en la Noche de la Zona Comercial, Gastronómica y de la Vida Nocturna. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios y familias (con hijos).

Beautiful apartment with terrace, all with a beautiful view of the entire Porlamar bay. You can walk to the beach, just 2 minutes away. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people, 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, it does not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator and microwave. Wi-Fi in the pool area and private parking. The Beach View Palace is located near the main shopping centers on the Island. Close to restaurants and a bakery.

Very attractive and unique villa with 5 bedrooms, up to 12 persons. Pool with waterfall, private garden, library and more. Walking distance to the historic and charming town Pampatar and several beaches. PS: Most of the pictures are from september 2022. The house is newly renovated.
