Our spacious (825 sqm) 4 bedroom modern Balinese villa in Sanur, is ideal for a large family, two families sharing or for a group of friends. This villa is conveniently located within short walking distance to the beautiful white sand beach; international restaurants; entertainment venues and shops.
Our villa is fully secluded with a private pool, large pool deck for sunbathing, lush Balinese topical garden with ponds and a large outdoor traditional ‘bale' (gazibo).
Our spacious living and dining room can comfortably accommodate eight to ten guests. The interior furnishings are made from teakwood; rich designer fabrics and complemented with Balinese artwork in warm natural tones. To keep you entertained and connected, a multi-channel international satellite flat screen television; DVD with an extensive movie library; home theater system with iPod docking station; desktop computer and 24 hrs wireless internet facilities are provided. For your comfort, air-conditioning and ceiling fans are both available. The area is fitted with warm desk lamps; standing lamps and accent lighting in the ceiling.
All bedrooms are decorated to the highest standard from the solid teak wood furniture, with rich designer fabrics and complemented with Balinese art & ornaments. All the furniture is hand made from the ornate bed headboards to the ample wardrobes and drawers for storage. The master bedroom suite and the double guest bedroom are fitted with a safe deposit boxes. The romantic atmosphere is created with warm designer bedside & headboard lamps; desk lamps and accent lighting in the ceiling. For your comfort, both air-conditioning and ceiling fans are available.
All bathrooms in our villa are unique. The master garden bathroom and the double guest bedroom have bathtubs and outdoor showers. The twin bedrooms also have outdoor showers with hand-craved stone artwork. All bathrooms have ceiling shutters for further security and privacy. Our bathrooms have modern, imported fittings and are constructed from natural materials: teak wood cabinets, granite tops and nature stone flooring. Other amenities offered include organic soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, etc., and hair dryers in each bathroom.
The modern western style kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The kitchen has been constructed from teak wood and finished with black granite worktops. The appliances include a large fridge/ freezer; a four ring gas stove with integrated extractor & oven; a microwave; coffee maker and a mineral water dispenser. A full dining set, including cutlery; place settings and cooking utensils are available for use by guests.
We believe that a great holiday cannot be complete without the accompaniment of fabulous food and drink. Our guests start the day with a variety of free breakfast choices, which is included in our rate. Our guests can also order lunch and dinner from our villa menus which incorporates a variety of cuisines, with appetizers; main courses; desserts; and drinks from all over the world. The ability of our highly experienced chef to beautifully present Western dishes, such as Rib-eye steak, to magnificent barbeques, to meals ideally suited for children, to traditional Balinese fare allows every one of our guests the opportunity to experience the best food in Bali, all in the comfort of our luxurious villa.
The tropical garden with Balinese statues and ponds; large swimming pool; large wooden sundeck and the traditional ‘bale' are designed to give our guests tranquility during the warm sunny days or the cooler evenings with the beautiful night lighting.
To stimulate your senses, the Balinese garden is stocked with a variety of topical plants; frangipani trees; Balinese ornaments and the ponds have a selection beautiful topical fish. So relax in the ‘bale' or enjoy the sun on the pool deck in your paradise “home"!
Our villa is fully private with 24 hour security. Only our guests have access to the full facilities.
Our villa has a full complement of staff: house keepers; full time Chef; driver/guide and security staff. Our Villa Manager is contactable at any time from the villa mobile phone given to our guests during their stay with us.
The villa is within short walking distance of the beautiful white sand beach of Sanur. International restaurants, entertainment venues, and shops are all close by. Bicycles are provided for guests' use, and a van is available for private tours.
Most facilities are within walking distance from our villa. We also provide bicycles for use for our guests. Taxis are easily available and can arranged by our staff as required.
For tours and shopping trips, we have a mini-van and driver/guide which or guests can rent by the day.
We offer full service at our villa: for the convenience of our guests we can arrange tours; shopping trips; in-house spa treatments; .... even private parties or wedding planning, if required.
