This is a fairly new, two story house, Located near Nallur Temple, Jaffna. There are 5 rooms in total, 3 upstairs and 2 on the main floor. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor. Two of the bathrooms renovated recently with enclosed standing shower, All bathrooms have hot water. Air condition is there in 4 rooms (3 upstairs and 1 main floor) . Living, Dining and Kitchen are available for the use. Kitchen has all the appliances including fridge. Price is for the whole house.

A New house from 2019 with rooftop to enjoy the palm trees! The house has three beedrooms, two bathrooms, a livingroom, a modern kichen and with a Washing machine. The house has brand new furnitures, and air condition in the livingroom and in two of The bedrooms. The rest of the rooms have fan. The kitchen has a gas cooker and electric kettle to make coffee and tea. The kichen is equiped all needed tings. The washing-machine is full automatic.
