Dwellingup Mill House

Welcome to our original mill house, in the Heritage Precinct of the small town of Dwellingup, in the Peel region. The Mill House has been renovated and furnished to provide cosy, welcoming self-contained accommodation for up to 6 people (total price depends on number of guests). The extensive gardens surrounding the cottage are glorious, and filled with birds. The north-facing verandah offers an ideal place to enjoy the birdlife or relax with a drink as the sun disappears behind the trees.

Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
