The apartment is 3km from Crown Casino, 4km from Optus Stadium, 4km for the heart of Perths CBD and 10km from the Domestic airport. The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Local dining and restaurants are also at both these locations. - 1 private car bay, visitor car bays at the front of the complex and plenty for free street parking. Shopping/City Optus Stadium River and City views Casino Plenty of local dining and restaurants Outdoor spaces On Site pool If visitors provide sufficient notice, chauffeur service may be arranged. The home is located near the river and lush open spaces which provide scenic walks and fun days out. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).
