Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Apartment & Private Spa

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Here you will relax and in special request you will be helped to arrange a unforgettable stay in Lapland. You can start by checking the guidebook in my profile.

Peaceful cottage, completely new bathroom/sauna

I love my chalet, because the place is so beautiful and calm. Chalet have now new fireplace and new bathroom/sauna. Nature is all a around you. You can relax in chalet by hiking or in finish sauna or just spend time with your friends. Chalet is located about 70 km from Rovaniemi, near beautiful lake Vietonen. Chalet is is very good place travel for 4 persons family, couples and alone. The chalet is located at the top of a hill, there you can see far to lake.

GOAHTI apt. - Central, River View, Top Floor

Goahti (a traditional dwelling in Northern Sámi) is a 4th floor one-bedroom apartment right at the heart of the touristic centre, beside the river, restaurants, clubs, shops, hotels and safari offices. There is 1 double bed, a sofa bed, one extra bed + travel crib. A lovely Juliet Balcony with river and hill views. The bus for Santa's village & airport passes by the front door and there is a fast 100 Mbit/s wireless network.

The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

A unique house in countryside near the city

Relax and feel the magic of Lapland in this peaceful accommodation with lovely neighborhood and a river just around the corner. Although the location has a countryside feeling, the city centre of Rovaniemi is only a couple of kilometers away along the ice road. Our house is perfect for a family or a group with kids - there is a lot of space to play inside and outside. You're most welcome!

Studio Repo, perfect location 300m from the center

Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.

Modern 128m2 Villa (2018) for up to 10 people with a large outdoor hot tub and beach. Large living room with lake view combined with fireplace and well equipped kitchen. 3 bed rooms and two sofa beds in the living room. Plenty of parking available. 25 min drive from city center. Private. 35 minute drive from Santa's village.

Familyfriendly and cosy place to spend the holidays. Its a real home of the mother of three and grandmother of two. There is everything you need and more. Private accommodation. Close to nature and quite neighborhood. Good condition to move by walking, bike, bus, car or taxi.
