Just renovated. Whole apartment for your own use. Spacious, cosy, basic cooking utensils are provided so that you can cook simple meal if you wish. Close to Muara Karang Eateries or Pantai Indah Kapuk eateries, 30minutes to CGK airport, near to Muara Angke reserve, Ancol and also near to the city centre. Great seaview, close to all amenities, many foodcourts on the lower ground mezzanine floor of the apartment or the foodcourt in the Baywalk Mall or underground foodcourt which is situated just next door. There's also XXI cinema with the latest Hollywood movies. There's great idyllic garden surrounding the Baywalk Mall and around the apartment complex. Easy to get around all over Jakarta as the complex has 24hour taxi rank and served by Transjakarta bus. Otherwise, you can use online taxi such as Grab or Gojek. Gojek can also deliver food for you. If you come by car or motorcycle, there's paid parking facility in the building. Hourly rate is Rp5000 per hour for car and Rp2000 for motorcycle. Monthly parking pass is also available for car at Rp200.000 and Rp75.000 for motorcycle.

Maybe took a longer time due to Jakarta's traffic Our place is right beside BAYWALK MALL (Indonesia's first mall with waterfront), cafes in Ground Floor open till 2AM, Smoking is not allowed inside the Apartment except in the balcony, but you can smoke in GF (Pool Area) or in Cafes in GF.
