Aspen’s Natural Beauty is embraced here 2.5 miles east of Aspen’s Gondola and City Market. The drive to my private road, McFarlane Gulch Road, is the Eastern boundary of the pristine North Star Preserve and simply breathtaking. Note: Search maps shows road closure however 82 E closes at The Independence Pass Gate which is 10 miles further up and is a beautiful area to park one’s car and take a winter hike. My deck and picture windows over look the river. You may just want to stay and enjoy!
