The property features its own garden and animals such as donkeys and dogs. The pool is shared with the owners of the property. It has a shower, sun loungers, barbecue and relaxing area to enjoy a pleasant meal. The lush vegetation that surrounds it will give you fresh and shade if you wish. It has children's play area. The house is less than 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Las Canteras and has excellent public transport connections to the rest of the island and to the airport. Families with children are most welcome !!!!!

Das Haus liegt inmitten eines alten Stadtteils, abseits von Touristenhochburgen in Santa Lucia de Tirajana , 29 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Kleinere Geschäfte und mehrere Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen , der nächste größere Supermarkt in Vecindario befindet sich ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Ein öffentliches Freibad befindet sich im Ort. Das Tirajana Tal ist ideal für Wanderliebhaber. Wir haben das Haus im Februar 2022 gekauft und es vollständig Renoviert.
