5 mins from Porvoo center and 45 mins from Helsinki city center. For travelers without car: bus stop to Porvoo and Helsinki 1 km away. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms + baby crib in master bedroom. There's also a bathroom and a playroom upstairs. Downstairs a roomy, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with a fire place, TV-room (cable-TV), office, bedroom with double bed, sauna & bathroom + utility room with washing machine. Outside two furnished terraces and 2 trampolines.

Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, home gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (3-5 guests). It has a wood sauna, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three separate beds; one bedroom (120cm bed with TV), a loft with two beds (140cm each)

Asunto Porvoon Helmi sijaitsee aivan Porvoon joen äärellä. Kaikki palvelut ovat kävelymatkan päässä ja Porvoon linja-autoasemalle sekä taidetehtaalle on vain 700 metriä. Tämän tasokkaan majoituspaikan mukavuuksia ovat tilava lasitettu parveke, oma sauna ja kuntosali. Näkymä on rauhalliselle sisäpihalle jossa on hyvin hoidettu puistomainen tunnelma, talonyhtiö on nimensä veroinen “helmi” meren rannalla. Vehreällä sisäpihalla on kaasugrilli asukkaiden käytössä.
