Il monolocale offre ogni comfort: cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno lavatrice, soggiorno con TV, soppalco con letto matrimoniale e armadio, bagno con ampia doccia WIFI e aria condizionata. Lo spazio esterno si presta a momenti di relax

Loft ristrutturato per offrivi un ambiente pieno di charme a due passi da Piazza del Duomo di Pietrasanta. Un open space favoloso arredato con gusto e accogliente in ogni suo angolo. Al piano terra la sala da pranzo con libreria, cucina attrezzata, Smart TV e un sofà di qualità che diventa un comodo letto. Le scale in ferro battuto portano alla camera matrimoniale con mattoni a vista. La stazione ferroviaria dista 200 metri dove si trova anche un grande parcheggio gratuito per le macchine.

Beautiful modern style loft in the heart of Camaiore. Ideal for a couple or a single person. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The kitchen offers a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and large fridge. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, desk/study, and wardrobe, plus a large window! Everything has recently been renovated. - equipped kitchen - air conditioning - oven - washing machine The wi-fi is only on request.

A holiday of tranquility immersed in the green of the Garfagnana, in the splendid setting of the Tuscan Apennines. The apartment, of ancient construction has been recently refurbished trying to keep the feelings of the past mixing tradition with design. It is located in the ancient village of Sambuca, a village perched around the Church of San Pantaleone, built on black cliffs overhanging the river Serchio. You can relax and recharge your energy.

Please note, there are EXTRA COSTS not included in the rental price, to be paid in cash on arrival: -FINAL CLEANING FEES: €70 for stay. -AIR CONDITION USE (only in summer time): €15 per day. -HEATING COST (only in winter time): €20 per day. * Due to the high increase in the cost of gas and electricity we had to slightly increase the daily fee of A/C and heating.
