Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, cozy lake front home. Recently renovated in 2018, close in location. Only 2 blocks from Lake Murray Marina and Liberty Tap Room Restaurant, only 1 mile to Food Lion, and two miles from Walmart. Home is on quiet dead end street with a large, private lot with cove view, private dock and boat ramp. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. King in master bedroom, queen in other 3 bedrooms. We are 25-30 minutes from Columbia and 12 minutes from mall and shopping.

The interior is wide open with magnificent cathedral ceilings, fireplace in the family room and master bedroom. Spiral staircase up to the loft with a study/extra sleeping. Public boat ramp & dock is approximately 3 miles away, making a short boat ride to be able to beach your boat at the cove. No pets or smoking.

Close to Liberty’s /Lake Murray marina on the lake, and Cat Fish Johnnys/rusty anchor marina. Not your typical Lake Murray Airbnb!
