Fresco e ben esposto a 400 mt dalla Spiaggia e da tutti i servizi. Parcheggio interno per 2 auto. Raggiungibile a piedi uno dei più rinomati lidi-ristoranti della zona, Sabbia d'Oro. La location ideale per trascorrere le tue vacanze: famiglie con bambini, giovani coppie e piccoli gruppi di amici sono i benvenuti.

Casa vacanza nuova trilocale (circa 120 mq) con un ingresso indipendente fronte mare di recente costruzione, situata nella contrada Ser Luca Calabaia a due passi dal Lungomare di Belvedere Marittimo (Cs). Posizione incredibile a 10 mt dal mare che rende la vista stupenda. La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido . La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.
