This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers accommodation with living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen for cooking. All bed rooms are air-conditioned with an additional ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It is located near everything that the Picard area has to offer. It is a home away from home for individuals, extended families, workers and groups. The Apt Price is reasonable when compared to its competitors in Picard . Host is friendly and welcoming. The apt is a good place for relaxation, without disturbance. Scenic. Everything like shops , supermarket, market, restaurant, bars, beach, are in close proximity, to include the town of Portsmouth, & eco tourist sites.( check guide book). Clean air and the opportunity to take short early morning walks in a great benefit. Everyone who stayed there loves it.
