Carport and landscaped backyard with pergola for additional outdoor living area. The property is within driving distance from the mall/downtown area which has several restaurants/cafes. An excellent base to explore the city.

From here you are 10 minutes from the Robinson Mall and 15 from downtown. Catch a tricycle 2 blocks away or get a snack at the sari-sari store two doors down. Tons of great places to eat and the best coffee in the city only blocks away!
