Two beautiful sand beaches, food market & souvenir shops within walking distance. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, eating utensils to prepare light meals/snacks.

EL apartamento esta completamente dotado, cuenta con una habitacion con cama queen, sala comedor con dos camas sencillas mas dos camas auxiliares, para 5 o 6 p dos baños , cocina con estufa, nevera y los electrodomesticos dos tv y AC.

Built in 2016, located in San Luis area 15-20 min by car from the airport .You can relax, away from the hustle and bustle in the Centro. You will enjoy the sea view from the second floor balcony. You have access to the private beach located just across the street or walk 10 min to the beach of the San Luis Decameron. You can easily go wherever you want, the bus stop is right on the street corner.

The sea view is spectacular, the main beach only a 5 minute walk, with several restaurants and the main shopping area with in walking distance as well. Name of building is Edificio Bailey Boat diagonally across from Decameron Aquarium Resort on Avenida Colombia. There is no elevator, apartment is located on the 5th floor.
