Explore the authentic side of Montmartre with us, two locals and the founders of "Where should I go?" (an exclusive service that allows travelers to experience the city like a local). On a two-hour immersive walk, we'll take you where no other tour will take you: to the locals' Montmartre! You'll get a taste of true Parisian culture, including artisanal food and quirky boutiques - and you'll even meet local creatives and artisans. A heads up: this is not a historical or sightseeing tour. Think of it more as an afternoon with local friends showing you hidden gems in an unfamiliar part of the city. • We meet at a local bakery for pastries and an introduction before strolling through the charming neighborhoods of Jules Joffrin and Lamarck-Caulaincourt, discovering pretty streets and quaint residential squares, visiting Parisian fashion designers, a shop selling locally produced cheese, and a jam maker. • We continue along a lively market street, stopping at a caramel shop, a gin distillery, a design studio, a vintage designer boutique and a small hidden cemetery. • After the the tour, we can relax together at a hip coffee shop or wine bar (this part is optional, drinks not included) and talk more about life in Paris. So if you book this experience, there's no risk to get a random temporary "wine guy " with just an average knowledge about French wines. Once you'll be seated in the charming tasting room in the heart of Latin Quarter, you will discover and taste 4 excellent French wines (2 whites and 2 reds) that you will pair with 4 typical cheeses and some pieces of French baguette. After a quick global introduction about French wine, you will go deeply into the wine regions, the labels of French wines, the grape varietals used etc... All information will be shown on a screen while I will explain in a casual and relax atmosphere details and facts. I'm also here to answer your questions! Wines are coming from small quality winemaker and the cheeses are coming from a famous local cheese shop from the Latin Quarter. You can buy the wine you prefer directly in the place after the tasting session.

After everyone is settled, the group will begin their leisurely walk through the city. The walking route will take participants through a mix of landmarks as well as hidden gems, providing a full spectrum of the city’s character and charm. The host will act as a guide, providing interesting facts, and historical insights about the sites being visited.The stroll provides more than just a physical break between bar stops—it offers a chance for people to connect over shared experiences, discuss the local culture, and explore parts of the city they might not have discovered otherwise. We will visit 3 bars with different concepts behind them.Participants can choose from a variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic.For food lovers some light food will be available too,not included.
