Enjoy a private, after-hours Portuguese dessert-making masterclass at my restaurant, Quest LX, followed by a “choose your own adventure” wine pairing experience. You’ll sample several Portuguese-inspired pastries and locally sourced wines. • Step into the role of a pastry chef and learn to create a seasonal, regional dessert, such as Lisbon chocolate cake. I’ll guide you through the process, sharing stories about the locally sourced ingredients and their connection to Portuguese culture and gastronomy. • Indulge in a selection of small desserts and wines—including port and natural varieties—as you craft personalized pairings based on your preferences. • Take home the recipe for the dessert we made together, along with a gift bag of a sweet treat. Craft cocktails at award-winning cocktail room in Lisbon

Go behind the scenes of our award-winning cocktail room, Onda, at Lisbon’s highest neighborhood and taste how Portuguese herbs and locally sourced tea leaves become our bright, fresh signature drinks. • We’ll welcome you to our intimate space and explain our batching process, in which we turn local ingredients into the components of our drinks. • You’ll smell and taste the individual components of our cocktails and then choose two full cocktails of your choice (nonalcoholic version available), bringing together what you’ve learned. • After sharing stories and socializing, you’ll receive a personalized mini bottled cocktail inspired by what you’ve created, as well as a bag of Companhia Portugueza do Cha tea. You’ll leave with a map of Lisbon, including our favorite local shops and places to eat, and insider tips for the best views—and the skills to make our signature drinks at home.

Craft Portugal’s iconic pastéis de nata from scratch in a hands-on workshop using the most traditional recipe I’ve uncovered in my research. You’ll learn how to create delicate puff pastries, whisk up the creamy custard, and hand-mold the pastry into tins. • We’ll get to know one another over a cup of coffee. I’ll share the history of the pastel de nata and explain what’s special about the recipe we’ll use. • Next, we’ll dive into the art of puff pastry, creating the essential buttery, flaky layers, and prepare the smooth, creamy custard filling. • Shape the pastry into tins and then watch your creations bake to golden perfection. We’ll savor the fruits of our labor paired with coffee or tea. You’ll leave with the recipe so you can continue baking these delicacies at home .

Sunset trail run through century-old Monsanto Park

Join a personal trainer for an unforgettable sunset run through Lisbon’s 100-year-old Monsanto Forest Park, the green heart of the city. Together, we’ll follow scenic trails as I share stories of the city’s rich heritage. • We’ll start with a series of warm-up exercises as we get to know one another. • Next, we’ll set off on a roughly 40-minute trail run, stopping occasionally to enjoy the sights. I’ll accompany you the entire way, ensuring your safety and fun. We can customize our route to suit your skill level and the weather conditions. • Whichever route we take, I’ll lead you to the park’s amphitheater, which offers breathtaking views of the city, the Tagus River, and landmarks like the 25 de Abril Bridge. You’ll end your run refreshed and energized, having visited a picturesque side of Lisbon you’ve never seen before!

A experiência consiste em sair da Marina junto á Torre de Belém, velejar ao longo do Rio Tejo e deslumbrar-se com o brilho de Lisboa, olhando de uma perspectiva diferente para as principais monumentos e atracções turísticas que a cidade tem para oferecer... Eu e meu amigo Paulo , iremos explicar os diversos monumentos pelos quais iremos passar, assim como alguns aspetos da cidade de Lisboa. Percurso: - Torre de Belém -Padrão dos Descobrimentos -Museu da Electricidade -MAAT -Ponte 25 de Abril -Cais do Sodré -Ribeira das Naus -Terreiro do Paço -Alfama -Cristo Rei Outras observações: O passeio de veleiro será bastante calmo e tranquilo. Não é permitido trazer bebidas alcoólicas para o barco. Agradecemos que cheguem com uma antecedencia de 15 minutos.

Welcome on board to my sailboat, sit and relax with your fellow travellers. Please make yourselves comfortable while i take you through our safety briefing. Take this time to enjoy the incredible views and refreshing breeze as we make our way along the Tagus River. Departing from Doca do Espanhol, Alcântara we will begin our tour, on the way we will see sights such as:: -25th of april bridge -Christ the King -MAAT -Electricity Museum -The Monument to the Discoveries -Tower of Belém -Commerce Square ("Praça do Comercio") -Alfama district Immerse yourself in Portuguese culture as you experience Lisbon from the sailboat while you enjoy a refreshing beverage; I offer a welcome drink (wine, beer or soft drinck) to those on board. You will return to shore with incredible photos and memories of the experience. I hope that touring with me teaches you about Lisbon, do not miss this oportunity, you will enjoy it for sure! People of all ages are welcome! You will board a modern sailing boat and will set sail for tour hours of fun and amazing scenery with the Clean & Safe certification from the Portuguese Turism Board! As you leave the dock you’ll pass by the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, monument in the shape of a ship that celebrates the discoveries of the Portuguese Empire, built for the Portuguese World Exhibition in 1940, and also the Torre de Belém, an iconic monument of Lisbon. You’ll see the most important points of interest of this beatiful city like Terreiro do Paço, Cais do Sodré , Museum of Electricity, MAAT and Cristo Rei.

Our stops include (no specific order): HISTORIC CENTER OF SINTRA: A charming picture-perfect medieval town where everything started. The epicenter of Sintra's soul. PENA PALACE: How could we not? Just look at the pictures! Although it’s a busy place, if you come this way you must go see it up close! It’s amazing! To avoid the crowds and still get its highlights we’ll only visit its exterior. Explore all the terraces, views and architectural features up-close without going inside to see the rooms and furnishings. QUINTA DA REGALEIRA: The most excentric palace in Sintra and home to the amazing initiation well CABO DA ROCA and Sintra’s coastline: Home to the westernmost point of continental Europe, this coastline is always impressive for its rawness, rural vibe and amazing scenery. Dare to touch our freezing waters! LUNCH will be somewhere on the coast, away from the touristic areas. Often a highlight!
