Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

I dette dejlige lyse værelse, får du lidt ekstra for pengene. Her er et luksuriøst badeværelse med kar og bruser, et lille the-køkken med elkedel, lille køleskab samt en mikrobølgeovn. Derudover en lille entré med plads til tøj og sko. I alt ca. 40 m2. TV med Apple tv og danske, tyske, norske og svenske kanaler samt Netflix, Youtube mm. Lejligheden ligger på 1. sal og der er gratis parkering lige udenfor døren. Der er kun 100 m. til Rema samt 500 meter til centrum og 10 min. i bil til Herning.

Nyd en stilfuld oplevelse i denne centralt beliggende bolig midt i Klostertorvet omgivet af caféer og restauranter. Med masser ad charme og nyt lækkert indretning med masser af sjæl i hjertet af Aarhus Centrum, kan ikke være med central med kort gå afstand til alle oplevelser i Århus midtby og Århus Ø med fri privat parkering ( parkering er ikke egnet til varevogne, minibus) bedst for lille og Almindelige bil størrelser , jeg tilbyder det gratis uden ekstra tillæg. 1 dobbeltseng+sovesofa til 2 p

Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Vi har en dejlig Bed and Breakfast lejlighed med plads til hygge både inde og ude. Du får eget køkken, badeværelse, stue, soveværelse og har I elbil, så kan I lade hos os. Lejligheden har egen indgang ud til en skøn have med mulighed for både underholdning og afslapning. Du finder alt fra havemøbler, hængekøje samt udendørs aktiviteter i form af spil og en trampolin. Der er flere hyggekroge, som meget gerne må benyttes, lige som der er Mexico pejs og grill i haven. Gratis P-plads foran huset.

Der er vaskemuligheder i lejligheden. Tæt på træning Tæt på supermarked. Lys og rummelig lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed. Lejligheden består af stue og to soveværelser, køkken samt et lille badeværelse. Der er desuden adgang til fælles gårdhave. Området er virkeligt hyggeligt og trygt og byder på alle nødvendige indkøbsmuligheder, cafeer, vinbarer og restauranter. Jægergårdsgade, som findes bare få meter fra lejligheden, er en virkelig hyggelig gade! Busser og tog er meget tæt på lejligheden. Den er velegnet til par og venner – ingen festgrupper.

Easy access to ground floor flat. Newly renovated with respect for the 120 years old house. We'll make a special effort to ensure that you'll have a perfect stay here.
