This cosy farmhouse, renovated in 2009, consists of an “open plan” first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. We have six beds distributed amongst two separate bedrooms and a hall. Close to the flat, you will find a big room, named the “stable”. There, you will for example have the possibility to play table tennis.
From the nice terrace on the southern side, you will have a fantastic view over the powerful flat land to the Baltic coastline. The house is pretty isolated– you don’t need to be disturbed from other citizens on the farm.
Löderup is a small village, which is situated 20 km east of Ystad, a town from the Middle Ages. In Ystad, which is the closest town, you will find a variety of choices between shops, small restaurants, cafés, a theatre and cinemas. You can even travel to Copenhagen by train, directly from Ystad. There are also good ferry communications to Bornholm and Poland.
In the summer, you can take part in a lot of different activities in our neighborhood Österlen. You can visit markets, flea markets, music arrangements, exhibitions, different sport activities and they are all not too far from our home. If you like to play golf, there are many nice courses for you to discover.
Our farm is situated 3 km from the coastline. In the town Kåseberga (that you can visit by bike), you will find Ales Stenar, which is one the most wellknown monuments in Sweden, but also a nice fishing village with harbour, smoked fish, restaurants and a kiosk. Close to us, we also have a mini golf and a camping.
Along the coastline there are lovely sand beaches like Sandhammaren and Mälarhusen that you can visit. If you drive eastwards you can discover small fishing villages, like for example Skillinge and Brantevik. You should also visit Simrishamn, a town that really flowers during the summer season. On your way to Simrishamn you shouldn't miss Glimmingehus, a castle from the Middle Ages.
