Lemoni House - 斯基亚西奥斯 - 双卧室公寓

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment (70m2) for 4-5 persons, in beautiful house situated in a quiet residential area, yet in the heart of Skiathos town, downhill, next to a closed green space featuring a big lemon tree. The green space is not (yet) accessible but provides a lot of natural light and privacy. The house is very conveniently located within a 5mn walk to minimarkets, two natural water sources, Papadiamanti street, the old port, bus stop nr4 and Megalis Ammos beach. (see map screenshot)

The Villa Hakunamatata ("don't worry, be happy") is suitable for habitation till 12 people. Those who's stay in Hakunamatata, feel like living ins a smal paradise. The house and the various terraces offers a magnificent view over the Aegean sea, in total peace and tranquility, enjoyed from everywhere in and outside the villa. The villa which i built from natural stones is located at 30 meters above the Aegean sea with his small uninhabited islands and the green and beautiful coastline.

Α fully equipped studio by the central road from Loutraki to Skopelos Town with beautiful view at the sea. The studio is located at the entrance of Glossa Village. It is 3km far from loutraki port where there is frequent connection with Skiathos and Alonnisos islands, Volos city and Mantoudi (connection with Athens). The bus stop is 150 meters from the house and there is also a parking. Inside Glossa village there are plenty of places to eat, have a coffee and do shopping.

The house next to the wave is perfect for guests who need the ultimate relaxation holiday and love the contact with the sea. This beautiful home is very popular and is open all year. Less than 500 meters easy walk from the harbor and the city is well worth it; Before walking down the street, call to check availability of rooms - or better yet, reserve in advance. An ideal accommodation for those who want modern amenities, and easy access to beaches, town and taverns.
