The apartment is spacious, well-lit and set in a lively, beautiful yet quiet neighbourhood in Sliema, just a 5 minute walk from the main promenade. The apartment is serviced by a lift which reaches all levels, and is equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay. The apartment is located on the 5th floor hence it has bounds of natural light. The condominium was finished in 2011 and the common area is very well-maintained. The apartment itself comprises of the following: Large Kitchen/Living Area Main Bedroom including Ensuite Spare Bedroom Main Bathroom Small Balcony. It includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. Here's a list of things we provide to our guests: High Speed WiFi connection Clean sheets/blankets/pillows (replaced on a weekly basis for bookings over 7 days) Blackout Blinds Fresh towels (2 Large Towels and 2 Hand Towels per guest) Toilet paper & soap Kitchen with all modern appliances including an espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, oven & dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 piece dining set, 6 piece glassware set (6 High Ball, 6 Wine Glass & 6 mugs), Cutlery, Utensils and a cookware set. Washing machine 50" flat screen TV Central heating and Air Conditioning Iron and ironing board The neighbourhood area is quiet yet very well serviced, with a well-stocked grocery store just across the street. A 5-minute walk will also lead to the Balluta Bay promenade in the heart of Sliema where one can find eclectic shops, all-round cuisine restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. A bus stop 'Antik' is also nearby, just a 2 minute walk round the corner.

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!
