Cottage with fireplace and wood-fired sauna. Lovely location a stone's throw from the water. Built in 2019 and located 45 km from Stockholm. Nice beach with bathing pier 500 meters away. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage is situated in quiet area with a nice hiking trail nearby. The nearest café and a small shop is about 3 km away. The nearest store and restaurant (with all rights) are located in Vårsta, 14 km from the cottage. Lida outdoor area is 15 km away and offers many activities.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Boendet ligger i skogen, på Sörmlandsleden, nära fiskesjön Nävsjön och 5 km från Nävekvarn, byn vid Bråvikens strand. Boendet består av ett stort kök för matlagning och umgänge och ett allrum/sovrum med två enkelsängar, en bäddsoffa 140 cm och en resesäng. Det finns också barnstol i boendet. Toalett/dusch/bastu/tvättmaskin finns i separat byggnad bredvid torpet och i anslutning till pool/uppvärmd badtunna (kostar extra)och loungehörna.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

This fantastic mountain spa in the middle of the nature with a stunning view is the perfect place for long dinners and just hanging out with loved ones. The mountain top sauna and hot tub gives inspiration to relaxing talks. With separate bedroom houses you can have your own nest while the common areas are big enough for a large group of people. When the sun sets and the barbecue is on fire the dinner tables (both outside and inside) have the perfect location.

Kitchenette, kylskåp och grill finns för att tillreda måltider. Sköna morgonbad och roddturer i båt förgyller vistelsen. Stället ligger 30 min från Stockholm C med pendeltåg. Rönninge station ligger 2.5 km från platsen och man kan ta buss eller gå. Parkeringsplats finns.

The house and the garden are not suitable for small children. The cottage have Tv with chromecast, sound system and sauna. The host couple lives in another house on the farm. The nearest town (Köping) is about 5 km away.
