Close to Vitosha mountain and the ring road, convenient for transit trip. The building is part of a residential complex with a private garden and Inergy Fitness&SPA center (subject to additional charge). Doormen provide 24-hour security. Check in after 19 oçlock is possible. Please message me in advance for confirmation.

I'm Annа, the owner of this amazing place. Luxury apartment 80², rustic with wooden furnitures. Working space with office chair and laptop table. Bus stop 10 minutes to the City center. Next to the Hunting park area with forest for picnic and walking. Quiet and modern building with security and cameras infront of every entrance, private locked door on the floor. 24/7 pharmacy, restaurants and lots of supermarkets. 5 minutes by bus to the Student city ( party area with night clubs). Enjoy!

Lovely apartment in Park and Spa 2 Private Complex, located on Kiril Buyuklijski str. and Georgi Raychev str. with private children playground, security, parking and spa facilities managed by external entity. The 1-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor, with air conditioner, gas heating boiler and all amenities that you will need during your stay. The place is in really quiet and peaceful area, so you can reach within minutes the ring road of the city. Private parking is available.

The apartment has one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and a balcony. Right next to fitness centre Pulse with SPA with swimming pool! Tennis court near by. There is also a Car wash and Free Car Parking. In the building we have two salons with hair dresser, manicure and cosmetic procedures. Big shop Kaufland - 3 min walk. I want to remind you to see on the map that the location is Not in the centre of the city. It’s 20 mins with a car to the centre.
