Perfect for holidaying, Polhawn weddings, HMS Raleigh. Ample parking bays. Great for surfing or paddle boarding. Dogs allowed. 40 physical steps from the parking area on the cliff path.

River View Chalet 317, where you can unwind, relax and is the perfect location to explore the South Hams. Set within 22 acres with no live entertainment on site you can enjoy the view of the River Dart, the Forest and hills towards Downton and Torquay in the distance. 2 miles from Dartmouth and the lovely Blackpool Sands beach is only 10 mins drive. Woodland Family Theme Park and Dartmouth Golf Club are less then 3 miles and Dartmoor National Park just 30 mins for further exploration.

Away from the crowds, our Comfortable fully self contained well equipped lodge is set in a beautiful quiet Devon village close to the sea and Moors. The accommodation offers privacy and the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. With good views over the river Teign its an ideal getaway with lots of nearby walks and the coast to explore. Locally there is an award winning micro brewery as well as three pubs a shop and a post office. well behaved dogs welcome, please notify owner.

In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away.
