A fabulous, converted barn, located in the very desirable village of Little Marlow, Bucks. The property is set within 3/4 acre for your private use and has it's own private driveway + parking. The interior has underfloor heating, a wood burning stove, panelled walls, en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom. Little Marlow has been in numerous Midsomer Murder TV series. 3 bedroom spacious lodge set in a private 22 acre park with FREE SECURE PARKING. Newbury Racecourse is on one side of the park and Crookham Golf course on the other. Living and dining areas in the lodge are open-plan with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views are through 2 sets of bi-fold doors. A built-in fire safe BBQ is attached to the outside decking (no other BBQ's can be used). Hot tub is not in use. Guests use mobile phones, create a hot spot for Wi-Fi. Not really suitable for infants.

Walk the beautiful cobbled streets of the City of Dreaming Spires,tour the prestigious university or perhaps take a trip to Bicester Village!

We invite you to stay at our great 2 bedroom house in Watermead, Aylesbury, which can accommodate up to six guests Complete with lots of amenities, including a lazy spa (heated to 35-40 degrees, so lovely even in winter!) and BBQ, this house would make a great retreat for a couple, family or small group of friends. The property is just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Watermead Lake. It’s also very close to the popular Watermead Inn with great food and a great sun terrace.
