The deck then steps down to large lawns that flow onto the reserve and golf course. A private and quiet place to stay with lovely views. Easy access to walking / biking trails and golf course. Walking distance to Local shops. We now have WiFi. No parties. No smoking. No groups or gatherings. We will ask you to leave. Pets by arrangement.

This fantastically located cabin is only 250m from the waterfront and access to the Waikato Cycle trail. It is brand new, warm and cozy, with airconditioning. It has its own ensuite with large shower, toilet and basin. The bed is a Queen with all the linen and generous duvet. With its own access this little retreat is elevated with its own porch and deck to catch glimpses of the lake and all day sun. Enjoy the kitchenette with m/wave, fridge, jug ,toaster and everything needed for simple meals
